Professor Petra Meier attended the CPP Inclusive Growth Conference in London today to participate in a panel discussion on “Increasing healthy life expectancy: a proxy for inclusive growth in action?”. Petra talked about the limited understanding of the links between inclusive growth and health. She also shared ideas for how we might fill the evidence gaps.

The event was a good chance to learn what cities around the world are doing to promote an inclusive economy. For example, it was interesting to hear from the Mayors of Bristol and Lisbon.

SIPHER looks forward to contributing to and shaping the inclusive economy debate. To find out more follow us @SipherC.
