On the 18th and 19th March our researchers came together for the very first SIPHER Researcher Technical Meeting. Over 20 of our academic and embedded researchers and PhD students joined the 2-day meeting.

During the meeting team members from different disciplines and organisations came together (virtually!) to share their work in SIPHER. It was a chance for people to get to know each other and explore how we can work together to enhance SIPHERs interdisciplinarity.

Topics of discussion included SIPHER’s approach to systems mapping and how inclusive economies improve health and reduce inequalities. In addition, our researchers each presented a summary of their role in SIPHER.

Above all, we hope this first meeting will provide a springboard for future collaborative meetings across the Consortium.
